Orders & shipping
Orders placed before 2 pm are picked and packed the same day and usually arrive within 24 hours, in the delivery slot you choose.
Shipping is free on orders over $50. Smaller orders have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from your account page.
Returns & refunds
Fresh food cannot be returned, but if anything arrives damaged or not fresh, tell us within 24 hours and we will refund or replace it. Unopened pantry items can be returned within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Yes. All payments are processed over an encrypted SSL connection and we never store your card details.
