Before sunrise, our buyers visit the farms and markets we work with. They taste, they check, and they only take what they would serve at home.

Everything is then sorted and packed the same day, so produce spends as little time as possible out of the ground.

It is a small team and a simple idea: know the grower, pick the best, and keep the journey short.
